Copyright Permission

I decided that I wanted to use the song 'Where The Wild Roses Grow' by Nick Cave and Kylie Minogue. After doing some research I discovered that the song belongs to the label 'Mute Records' which is a subsidary of EMI. In order to use this song in my music video I would need to get permission from the record label. I emailed them and this is the reply I got:

This means that I can now go ahead with the planning and production of my video.
